WP Ultimate Review: code execution
What's happening
WP Ultimate Review has a code execution flaw in every version up to 2.4.2 (included): an attacker can run their own code on the server and take over the site. It requires a user account, even the most basic one (subscriber): it matters most on sites with open registration, such as shops and membership sites. More than 60,000 websites use it.
What to do
Update WP Ultimate Review to version 2.4.3 or later (Dashboard → Plugins in WordPress). If you can't update yet, deactivate it until you can.
